Mash-design covered Britain’s quest to bring home the greatest prize in competitive sailing; The America’s cup. In this state-of-the-art exhibition we bought together enticing graphics and touch screen technology to share the gritty details of the 35th year of the competition.

A visitor journey experience
Through weighty feature imagery and clean information graphics, mash-design told the inspiring story of four time Olympic gold medallist Ben Ainslie and his team.
Creating a striking design layout
As they advanced through the exhibition the audience were hit with the striking angular design grid and the deep colour palette; both of which were inspired by Land Rover BARS’s 2017 yacht design, their most advanced sailing yacht to ever hit the water.
Lead by technology
The integration of technology, video, and touch screens is an integral part of the success of the exhibition, experiencing first-hand the technology the team is developing to beat their competitors.
We worked closely with the Maritime Museum curatorial team to develop a design solution that integrates the story of Land Rover BAR's team racing, impactful imagery, and cutting edge video technology successfully.
