Re-imagining a symbol
Our challenge was to select a standout colour scheme and an engaging icon to resemble their new audio device.
World-class strategy
They came to us with a problem. Their current audio trail failed to correctly guide visitors around the observatory. Mash-design used our experience to develop a smooth navigation strategy; making directions simple.
A considered approach
Considered design, bold colours, simplicity, and clarity come together in a new trail journey and visitor experience.
Having visited the Royal Observatory many times allowed us to understand the visitor experience and create a design solution that not only blends into the environment but also heightens the visitor journey.
